Your advisors

In roster order, not ranked. An advisor early in building a book shows few primary relationships and many support ones, which is the role rather than a result.

The firm figures include Bo, Carter and Brian. Other teams are not shown here, and that is deliberate: this page is for coaching your advisors, not for ranking teams against one another.

How to read this

details
  • coverageUnsupported means the advisor is Primary and no Secondary is named. It is the one figure here that points at something to do: it is key-person risk and a service gap at the same time.
  • countingSupport relationships are counted, not valued. The AUM behind a support relationship is already someone else's primary AUM, so putting a dollar figure on it invites adding the same client money twice. Firm primary AUM is the firm's AUM. Unsupported AUM is a slice of it, counted once.
  • countingMedian household and retention are primary only. Neither is moved by a support relationship, so an advisor supporting a large book does not inherit its median or its departures.
  • counting0 households have signed but not funded. They count as relationships and are left out of the median, where a zero would drag the figure down and misrepresent the book.
  • limitRetention counts households, never dollars. A closed household's value in Tamarac is today's value, which is zero for almost all of them, so the balance at the time of departure is not in the export. Lost AUM would look precise and mean nothing.
  • countingThe retention denominator is the book as it stood twelve months ago, not the book today. Clients gained since then are excluded, because you cannot retain someone you did not have, and clients lost are in the denominator even though they are gone. An advisor who has grown fast will show a small denominator: it is the size of the book that was at risk, not the size of the book.
  • limitA retention rate on fewer than 25 households is greyed. Below that a single departure moves it several points, which reads as performance and is not.
  • scopeLeadership is in the firm figures, not the team pages. Bo, Carter and Brian hold books outside the three teams. Their households count toward every firm total and average here.
  • sourceTamarac export, Dashboard_View_-_w_Closed_2026-10-16.csv. One row per household, closed accounts included. Unlike the prospecting pages this does not refresh itself yet.
